Music has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Born into a family that embraced music of all genres, I was fortunate to have been exposed to a wide range of music styles and learnt to appreciate the many nuances of international music. From Indian classical to Western classical, from opera to heavy metal, from folk to funk, I listen to everything. Over the years, fusion styles became my favourite and as I dabbled from time to time in music composition, I would invariably create pieces that blended different sounds and moods to produce something that could not be assigned to a specific genre. And that’s the way I like it. Just like many aspects of my photography, I want my music also to be diverse and open to interpretation.
On this page, I will be posting my compositions as and when I feel they are worth sharing with you. So do give these random expressions a listen and feel free to post your comments. Cheers!
I am a photographer, an explorer, and bits and pieces of other things. After spending my younger years in India, it’s been more than 20 years since I started living in Tokyo, Japan. Besides portraits and street scenes, my photography interests also cover dance, music and travel.
I am an instinctive photographer driven by a passion to pursue my creative interests… always willing to learn and experiment as I evolve my own style. Living in Japan, I have the good fortune of being able to interact with and learn from so many amazing photographers. And over the years, I have tried to blend my learnings into the photography I do.
This website is a common platform for all my interests, so you’ll see photographs, articles on a wide range of topics, videos, recipes, travel notes and whatever else I feel like sharing with the outside world.
