These AI tools has learned the relationship between images and the text used to describe them. They use a process called “diffusion,” which starts with a pattern of random dots and gradually alters that pattern towards an image when it recognizes specific aspects of that image.

I finally managed to gain access to both platforms and I’m blown away by the potential of this amazing technology! There’s a lot of talk whether this signals the beginning of the end of the graphics designer’s job, but I don’t believe that’s the case. DALL-E, MidJourney and tools like them, are just a glimpse of a future where technology will indeed play a greater role in visual creativity, but will always need the thoughts, ideas and imaginations of humans to create images that transcend the normal. Art, in any form, is limitless and this tool just takes what is possible to a whole new realm.

As I continue to tinker with my expressions and ideas, these platforms keeps generating images that surprise me with how the AI is able to interpret my ideas in completely unexpected ways. I will keep updating this page with more and more images generated by AI. Hope you enjoy them.
