A few weeks ago, I had a wonderful photoshoot with the immensely talented Noa Nozomi Murakami, a Tokyo based bellydancer. We are collaborating for the Tokyo Dance Project (Check out the photos there). Here are some of the portrait shots of Noa taken during the photoshoot.
I am a photographer, an explorer, and bits and pieces of other things. After spending my younger years in India, it’s been more than 20 years since I started living in Tokyo, Japan. Besides portraits and street scenes, my photography interests also cover dance, music and travel.
I am an instinctive photographer driven by a passion to pursue my creative interests… always willing to learn and experiment as I evolve my own style. Living in Japan, I have the good fortune of being able to interact with and learn from so many amazing photographers. And over the years, I have tried to blend my learnings into the photography I do.
